Links to WWS parses to illustrate your points are welcome. My role i think is to keep the raid grp alive whilst we battle against the mobs. My gear and current setup has been good enough to get into raid grps and have not had a fail for my fault.

My name is David i am 24 yrs old, i work for Barclays as an Intermediarty Advisor, I am male(i hope). I have played wow for bout 2yrs now.

Well you have some PvP gear on, dunno if that's part of your regular gear setup, if it is you should get the T9 Badge items instead for the bonuses, that's probably worth more in the long run. IF you do have full T9 or better then i think you can probably cut it in ICC25 if not, you probably need to get that gear (it's like 2-3 days of grinding heroics 2-3 hours a day maybe). It's ultimately the officer's call but that's my 2 cents on the matter anyway. ]
